本利用規約は、当ショップをご利用いただく際の条件を定めるものです。ご購入前に必ずご確認ください。

■ 商品について
当ショップで取り扱う商品はすべて古着（中古品）です。
そのため、多少の使用感や細かなダメージ、汚れ等が見られる場合がございます。これらは商品の特性としてご理解のうえご購入ください。

■ 商品状態の表記について
商品の状態は可能な限り正確に記載しておりますが、見落としや個人差による感じ方の違いがある場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

■ ご注文について
ご注文確定後のキャンセル・内容変更は原則お受けしておりません。

■ 返品・交換について
返品・交換は、商品に重大な不備がある場合またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り対応いたします。

■ 配送について
ご注文確定後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。
天候や配送業者の都合により遅延が発生する場合がございます。

■ 免責事項

当ショップは、商品の使用により生じた損害について一切の責任を負いかねます。

また、配送遅延や紛失等については、配送業者の規約に準じて対応いたします。

■ 禁止事項

不正注文や虚偽情報の入力
営利目的での無断転載・転売
その他、当ショップが不適切と判断する行為

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products. We are also not liable for shipping delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers.
