返品・返金について

当ショップでは、お客様に安心してご購入いただけるよう、以下の条件で返品・返金を承っております。

■ 返品可能なケース

商品に記載のない大きなダメージや汚れがあった場合
注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合

※古着の特性上、多少の使用感や小さなダメージは返品対象外となります。

■ 返品受付期間

商品到着後【3日以内】にご連絡ください。

■ 返品方法
お問い合わせフォームまたはメールにてご連絡ください。確認後、返送先住所をご案内いたします。

■ 返送料について

商品不備の場合 → 当店が負担
お客様都合の場合 → 原則お受けしておりません

■ 返金について
返品商品到着後、状態を確認のうえ【3営業日以内】に返金処理を行います。

■ 注意事項

タグが外されている場合は返品不可
着用済み・洗濯済みの商品は返品不可
事前連絡のない返品はお受けできません

※当ショップのすべての商品は検品・クリーニング済みです。

Please note: As all items are vintage/pre-owned, minor signs of wear are to be expected and are not considered defects.

■ Return Request Period
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

■ How to Request a Return
Please contact us via our contact form or email. We will provide return instructions after confirming your request.

■ Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty or incorrect → We cover the return shipping cost
If the return is for personal reasons → Returns are generally not accepted

■ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days

■ Conditions
Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
Items must be returned in original condition

Returns without prior contact will not be accepted

All items are carefully inspected and cleaned before shipping.
